Nassau County Community College

MDCSystems® prepared an expert report analyzing the circumstances sur­rounding the termination of Manshul and the County’s claim of $20M against Manshul and Travelers. Our report report identified the impacts and issues leading to the termination and evaluated aspects of the project management.

Millville Early Childhood Education Center

MDCSystems® was retained by Sambe Construction to evaluate the schedule effect of 75 change orders. Although NJSCC agreed that the change orders were necessary and would compensate Sambe for the individual cost of each change order, they would not allow for additional time.

Suburban School District Energy Project

MDCSystems® was retained by a school district in Pennsylvania to investigate, analyze and recommend corrective action for the high school HVAC System due to high operating costs and unacceptable temperature conditions in various rooms of the school after construction.

FIT

MDCSystems® was retained by a university in Florida to develop an analysis of the events and issues that arose during the construction of the university buildings. MDC Systems® performed a comprehensive schedule analysis of the causes and liability for delay during the project.

University Library Project

MDCSystems® was retained by a university in New Jersey to determine if problems existed with the building design of the university library. The university had experienced problems maintaining the interior environment of the library within normally accepted ranges for this type of facility.

Catasauqua Area School District

MDCSystems® was retained by a general contractor and a Pennsylvania school district, to analyze change orders submitted by the general contractor to the school district for excessive costs associated with the removal of rock found after excavation of the proposed site for a new high school.
