MDCSystems® was retained by a university in New Jersey to determine if problems existed with the building design of the university library. The university had experienced problems maintaining the interior environment of the library within normally accepted ranges for this type of facility. The university suspected that the problems were the result of errors in the design of the building and its mechanical system.

MDCSystems® was hired to assist counsel in identifying and analyzing the cause of the problems and provide an independent assessment of adequacy of the performance of the design professional throughout the project. MDCSystems® reported its findings to the University’s counsel. The problems were resolved to the satisfaction of the university.
